LapDesk is much more than a simple laptop stand: it is a refined piece of furniture created to bring the digital experience in harmony with the comfort of the home. Designed by Filippo Chignola , the LapDesk was created according to a precise idea: to allow prolonged use of the laptop in an armchair, in bed or on the sofa, without compromising posture, well-being and style. The conceptual lines inspired by roundness and curves follow rational principles dictated by functionality with the aim of creating a non-invasive aesthetic, which fits into any design context thanks also to the chromatic choices.
Noble and selected materials
The LapDesk combines three premium materials:
Beech wood : chosen for its strength, beauty and sustainability. The colored versions always keep the grain visible thanks to transparent water-based paints, applied by hand with a brush , as in the Italian artisan tradition. An original visual and tactile sensation that combines a modern and essential design with the emotions of an object from another time.
Steel structure : resistant and stable, it supports the tray with strength, but at the same time with discretion and visual lightness.
Hand-turned aluminum knobs : precious jewels that guarantee durability and precision in adjusting heights, inclinations and rotations.

Natural , is the most essential and authentic finish, in untreated solid beech wood. A choice for those who love the living material, with its natural scent and texture,
Ergonomic design, every detail has a purpose
The shape is never random: every curve, joint and surface has been designed to adapt to the body and the environment . The main arm rotates and adjusts in height, the tilting tray follows your gaze, while the side shelf can be mounted on the right or left , for right- or left-handed users. The entire system is designed to offer an ergonomic posture , recommended for relaxation and prolonged work, even in situations of reduced mobility or post-injury recovery.
