Any product defects upon arrival or during the warranty period must be reported by email to info[at]lounge-tek.com
It is essential to demonstrate the defect with photos or explanatory videos to properly identify the problem and ship the appropriate replacement parts.
Components are typically shipped the next business day; shipping costs are covered by Lounge-tek.

Assembly problems, any missing parts in the package.
Lounge-tek products are supplied in an easy assembly kit, saving costs and reducing the environmental impact of transportation.
Contact us immediately for the support you need and notify us immediately of any missing parts by email (info[at]lounge-tek.com). The parts will be shipped the next business day, with shipping costs covered by us.

Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
We offer every customer the right to return our product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Return authorization must be requested by email at info [at] lounge-tek.com.
Once the product has been returned to us and we have verified it is in good working condition, we will issue a full refund. For this purpose, we recommend keeping the original packaging.
We may charge a restocking fee of €200 for customs costs and duties.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
